Noah Langenfeld, an Assistant Professor at Utah State University, will present a talk titled "CEA stats and trends: Analyzing the recent USDA horticultural census”. Over the course of the hour, he'll walk the audience through some of the most important trends that were revealed from the recent USDA Census of Horticulture. Tune in to see how this data allows for insights of trends among states through the lens of food production in protected environments. Noah will go beyond the Census tables with clear visualizations that will help everyone understand where we are, and where we're headed.
